Oran Architecture is committed to maintaining high standards in the delivery of our work. Our quality management procedures are intended to support the consistent, efficient and professional delivery of projects in line with client expectations, statutory requirements and good industry practice.

 

Practice procedures and guidance are maintained electronically via SharePoint, providing a central and accessible resource for staff.

 

Procedure

As part of their induction, staff are introduced to the practice’s quality management procedures and provided with information relevant to their role.

 

All staff are expected to familiarise themselves with the procedures applicable to their responsibilities and to follow them in the course of their work. These procedures are intended to support consistency, reduce errors and maintain the quality of work delivered to clients.

 

Procedures are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain appropriate to the scale and operation of the practice. Internal reviews and project oversight may be undertaken to identify areas for improvement and support the ongoing development of practice standards.
