Kev Langan | Director
Kev Langan is a design-led Director at Oran Architecture, with over twenty years’ experience shaping complex projects across Scotland and the UK. His work spans regeneration, hospitality, residential and mixed-use development, alongside landscape-led masterplanning, often within sensitive urban or historic contexts.
He is known for establishing clear design narratives, strong visual communication and a commercially grounded approach to design.
His role sits at the intersection of concept design, planning strategy and project leadership, defining core ideas and rigorously testing them against conceptual, contextual, policy and commercial realities.
He leads multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, masterplanning and planning processes, while remaining hands-on in sketching, modelling and directing visual outputs to ensure design integrity is maintained from inception through to delivery.
