Barry is a Director with over 20 years’ experience in commercial architecture, delivering large and complex projects across the UK for developers, operators and investment-led clients. His work spans mixed-use, hospitality, residential, office and retail sectors, with a strong track record in progressing schemes through detailed design, technical coordination and construction.

He brings a highly delivery-focused approach, working closely with clients and consultant teams to ensure projects are commercially robust, well-coordinated and efficiently delivered on site. Financially astute and strategically aware, Barry plays a key role in managing project risk, programme and cost, while maintaining strong relationships across project teams.

His strength lies in technical resolution and buildability, translating design intent into clear, deliverable outcomes and maintaining quality through the later stages of design and construction.
