Our approach to this project is to create serviced apartments that respond to the land and views rather than dominate them. The site’s gentle rise allows the buildings to nestle into the hillside, with each apartment opening to uninterrupted views over the lower elements and outward to the islands beyond.
A restrained material palette and low, broken‑up forms help the buildings sit comfortably within the wider landscape. The aim is for guests to feel immersed in the setting, sheltered yet constantly connected to the sweeping horizon and the distinctive character of the Highlands.
